Our firm has extensive experience in advising financial institutions of various types, such as banks, credit and clearing companies, payment terminal manufacturers and various companies that deal with different payment solutions, and accompany them on various business and regulatory issues related to antitrust law and competition. Over the years, our services to companies in the financial sector have included a variety of areas, including handling mergers with the Competition Authority, representation in class actions, submitting exemption applications for approval of a restrictive arrangement to the Director General, formulating and implementing an internal antitrust compliance program and providing ongoing antitrust advice.
