Over the years, our services to companies in the financial sector have included a variety of areas, including handling mergers with the Competition Authority, representation in class actions, submitting exemption applications for approval of a restrictive arrangement to the Director General, formulating and implementing an internal antitrust compliance program and providing ongoing antitrust advice.
