We represented Super-Pharm as it obtained approval from the Competition Commissioner for a merger transaction, in which Super-Pharm bought full ownership of Remedix Car, a pharmaceutical company, from Teva Medical, owned by Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries. [May 2021]
